Initial Lactation Consultation and Baby Suck Evaluation
A detailed analysis for mother and baby
Initial consultations take 1-2 hours and a re-cap is provided to you in a detailed email. The consultation/evaluation gives us a complete picture of your baby’s oral function (including a functional assessment of tongue/lip ties) and includes information about why difficulties are happening and steps to take to solve them.
Initial Feeding Evaluation (bottle feeding, solid feeding, &/or tube feeding)
A Detailed Analysis of Strengths and Weaknesses
Evaluations take 1-1.5 hours and results are given to you in a detailed report. The evaluation gives us a complete picture of the root cause of your child’s difficulties and guides our individualized treatment plan.
Introducing Solids Evaluation
A solid plan for peace of mind
The introducing solids evaluation helps you figure out when to present allergens, what foods and style of feeding will best support your family and child when introducing solids, and answers any other lingering questions about feeding you might have. This is a 1-1.5 hour session.

Lactation Consultation Follow-Up
Growing Your Baby’s Skills and Confidence in Latching
Each follow-up consultation is 45-60 minutes depending on the needs we are addressing. Session activities are tailored to your unique needs but may include suck training, practice latching, pumping/bottle practice, and/or spit-up management.
Individual Feeding Therapy
Growing Your Child’s Skills 1-on-1
Each feeding session is 30-45 minutes depending on availability and child’s attention. The child will be 1-on-1 with the clinician and the parent has the choice to observe or participate. Session activities are tailored to your child and their unique plan of care.
Group Therapy

For Social Feeding and Exploration
Children are strategically placed in groups with age-matched peers for 60 minute sessions. Groups are held weekly, monthly, or bimonthly with week-long groups in the summer.

Learning to be the Therapist in Your Own Home
Parent consultations or trainings focus on bringing ease to the mealtimes your child has inside and outside of your home. We focus on the goals you as a parent have for making transitions, mealtimes, daily routines, or outings easier with you child. You will learn therapy techniques and skills for creating stress-free mealtimes with your child.
Nutritional Evaluation

Nutritional Evaluation
Getting to the root of things with whole food healing.
For infants:
+ support with reflux including identifying potential allergens or sensitivities or other possible causes.
+ nutritional guidance for best foods to introduce to your baby as they start their solid feeding journey.
For children:
+ support for constipation, eczema, and more.
+ foundational nutrition plans for picky eaters.
For mamas:
+ post-partum nutritional support to help in restoring vitality and energy postpartum.
This can be a stand-alone session or added onto a feeding or lactation visit.
